Plea for help from my close friend

Some of you know I do work for an itnternational adoption agency sometimes. According to Russian laws foreginers aren't allowed to adopt healthy kids. I've met many parents - brave and kind people, who changed life of many kids. Some of them are my friends.
This time my Mom and I face another challenge. We need to find a home and family for two kids, both about 4 years old.
One is Artem. He has kidney failure, he will need a kidney transplant when he's about 7. He has no chances here, the state has money for Putin and friends, but no money for sick kids. He's a sweet boy. We need to help him.
The other is Valeria. She has Down syndrome. She is lovely, and, as my Mom says, she has "sunlight-like" character. She's a redhead, too, and that adds to the "sunlight" effect. She doesn't really talk (childtalk mostly), but she's very positive. She has no chances in Russia. So we need to find her a home, where she will be loved and taken care of.
If you know anyone who thinks of international adoption, or who wants to adopt a child with special needs, or if you know somebody who does - please ask around. I know it's almost hopeless to find somebody through LJ, but who knows... My Mom had so many "hopeless" cases, that we've stopped counting long ago.
We can do it.
